Ye and his wife, the Australian model Bianca Censori, were not kicked off the Grammys 2025 red carpet, despite rumors to the contrary.
Entertainment Weekly has learned that the couple arrived at the Crypto.com Arena today, walked the red carpet, and then left.
Speculation also ran that Ye and Censori were not invited to the ceremony, which is untrue. West is nominated alongside Ty Dolla $Ign, Rich The Kid, and Playboi Carti in the Best Rap Song category for “Carnival.” All nominated artists are invited to the ceremony.
The unfounded rumors about West and Censori grew from the fact of Censori’s scandalous red carpet outfit. Censori stepped onto the red carpet wearing a lush black fur coat, which she dropped to reveal a completely translucent, thigh-length slip. She wore nothing beneath the slip.
The X account Pop Base, which shares minute-by-minute celebrity and pop cultlure news updates to 1.8 million followers, posted that Entertainment Tonight reported, “Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori have been escorted out of the [Grammys] after showing up uninvited.” The post currently has 4.7 million views and has been widely shared.
The post was accompanied by an image of West and Censori and a screenshot of what appeared to be a post to the Entertainment Tonight Instagram reporting the news. But no such post can be found on the ET website, nor any of its social accounts.

West and Censori are known for their provocative fashion choices; Censori has even worn variations on the sheer-nude sheath she donned tonight to the Grammys.
The couple were married in January 2023, following West’s divorce from Kim Kardashian in November 2022. West and Kardashian were married for six years and share four children.
Ye’s co-nominee Ty Dolla $ign also walked the Grammys red carpet today. He teased that a new collaborative album with Ye, Vultures 3, is “on the way.”
The 2025 Grammys aired on Sunday, Feb. 2, starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+.
